Party Package Information
FAQ’s
How many children can attend our party?

You can have up to a maximum 30 children.
Can parents attend the party?
Yes.
Can we go over the 30 children for a bouncy castle party?
If you would like to go over 30 children but no more than 40 children there will be an additional charge of £30.00. When you add the sports arena you can still only have a maximum of 40 children.
Can I view the facilities before my party?
Yes, please contact us to arrange a time.
Is there parking available at the school for my guests?
There is plenty of free parking available.
What time should we arrived before our party is due to start?
We suggest arriving at least 5 - 10 minutes before you allotted time.
Will there be staff to greet us?
When you arrive for your party please report to the sports centre where a member of staff will meet you.
How long is our party?
All of our parties are split into two section, 1 hour and 15 minutes for the activities and 45 minutes in the dining room. (For Kings Soccer School Parties please contact them regarding timings.)
What should children wear to go on the inflatables?
We recommend wearing long sleeve tops and trousers. As sometime you can get friction burns when coming down the slides.
Will we have supervisors for our party?
Yes, the party hosts will be organising all of the activities on the day. This is dependent on what party package you have.
Do we supply our own food?
Yes, We don’t give access to the school’s kitchen facilities.
Can we order food in?
Yes, we are more than happy for you to do this.
What do I need to bring for the catering section of my party?
You will need to bring with you; plates, cups, cutlery and other item you feel you may need.
Do you have tea & coffee making facilities?
We do not have any tea or coffee making facilities on site however you are more than welcome to bring your own kettle and hot beverage supplies with you for use in the dining room only.
Can we take food and drinks into the sports hall?
We do not allow any food or drink in the sports hall for health and safety reasons.
Is there drinking water available?
Yes, there are water fountains and dispensers in the sports centre and dining room.
Can we decorate the dining room?
Yes, we just ask you to use the bins provided and take away any decorations with you when you leave.
When can I get into the dining facility?
You will be able to enter the dining facilities at least 45 minutes before the end of your activities. On occasion you can access the dining area earlier if not already in use.
Can we bring candles for the birthday cake?
Yes.
Can we have a face painter, while in the sports hall?
I’m afraid not. The face paint transfers to the inflatables and then onto clothes, we have had an occasion when the face paint stained the floor.
What games are played inside the sports area?
Our party hosts play football, bench ball, and dodge ball.
